“In a flow”
“Being in the flow” is a state of mind when the person is so absorbed in an activity that they lose track of space and time. Most people describe being in flow as an “optimal experience” that gives them a high level of satisfaction. The flow most likely occurs when the person really enjoys doing what they are doing. The whole concept of being in the flow and other related states of mind was first explained by Csikszentmihalyi’s flow model.
GPS ruining our imagination
Due to increasing dependence on GPS, people are losing their ability to visualize maps in their heads, as per scientific research at McGill University. With reliance on the GPS, people pay little attention to landmarks or try new routes to reach their destination, thus preventing them to spend their mind on imagining a map in their heads.

REM sleep is kinda important
REM sleep, or Rapid Eye Movement sleep is a stage during the sleep cycle that stimulated learning regions in the brain. During a night’s sleep, our brain continually goes in and out of REM sleep. REM sleep lasts from 10 minutes to an hour, while each sleep cycle between REM and non-REM sleep lasts for 90 minutes to two hours.
Cursing may be good
Cussing can help reduce pain and suffering as per psychology. People who are prone to self-harm can cope with stress better after swearing. As per another study, people who freely use curse words live longer than people who try to be civilized.
